Basic training on milk and cheese production was given by experts in settlements located in the impact area of Alpaslan 2 Dam. (Muş/Türkiye)

Milk & Cheese Production Basic Training, one of the LRAP activities, was completed in the settlements located in the Alpaslan 2 Dam impact area. With this training, the citizens were informed about the hygiene rules and cheese making practices that should be followed from milking animals to cheese making. Animal barns were also visited and information was given on the provision of suitable conditions. Finally, in the monitoring study of the training, medical gloves that will increase the hygiene of milking were distributed to the citizens.
