Trainings were provided to 34 beekeepers in the Alpaslan II Dam impacted area.(24/06/2024 - Muş)

A training program was organised for 34 beekeepers in the villages in the impacted area of Alpaslan II Dam. The aim of this program was to contribute to the development of beekeeping in the region and to promote sustainable alternative livelihoods.

The content of the training program consists of the following titles;

1. Basic Principles of Beekeeping

2. Beehive Management

3. Bee Diseases and Pests

4. Sustainable Beekeeping Practices

5. Beekeeping and Ecosystem

Beekeeping trainings were given by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali KUTLU, a retired faculty member from Gaziantep University.

As Energo-Pro Turkey, the training program aims to make significant contributions to the development of beekeeping in the villages in the impacted area of Alpaslan II Dam, to increase productivity and to contribute to the economic development of the region.
